Brian "The Loafer" Anderson
Before Brian Anderson went on to be a part of Capt. Fin and City Fog. Robert August colaberated to design a pretty cool retro rider. This board was part of the "Retro Movement" that is still going strong. This board has nicely pinched rails that are 50/50 from nose to tail. With a thin but wide nose at like around 19"- 20" the board is a qualified nose rider. The tail goes at around 16" with a standard 23" middle and around 3" thickness. The board has no concave in the nose for a quick entry and great trimming board. Easily noseridable the board can make nice cut back and bottom turns thanks to it big almost D-fin skeg. The board can be ridden even in a bit larger waves, like around shoulder or so high. The board is an all around board with nose ride and retro flare. The board is solid but if you want a dedicated noserider or turner there are better boards. But if you want a board you can take to the beach most days, this fits the bill. I have noticed that people ride these boards for about 6 months to 1 year but usually trade up for a more defined board.
